THE BRIEF
To mark the launch of Cocobella’s expansion into the Japanese market, we launched a pop-up experience in Shibuya, Tokyo.
The design brief was to extend and develop Cocobella's suite of assets that both extended the Australian brand world, while adapting it for a Japanese audience and retail environment.

Understanding the Japanese market was key to creating a relevant and engaging pop-up experience. I researched local design trends, from kawaii illustration styles and character-driven graphics to Japanese retail environments and visual merchandising, identifying ways to evolve Cocobella’s Australian brand assets for a new audience.
