RESEARCH + CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We started by exploring the key pain points of our target audience-such as 'plants always die on me', and delved into consumer insights to better understand their motivations and needs. We examined the competitive landscape, focusing on sustainability-driven brands. This helped us develop a brand experience that resonated with the target audience's values and urban lifestyle.
